What is contract manufacturing – and why do we do it?
Contract manufacturing means that we, as a manufacturing partner, take responsibility for all or part of the production for our customers. Instead of, for example, building their own production line, the customer gets access to both our existing capacity, technology and expertise, but also to new capacity where we contractually create a production and make the investment – Optimally, this means a fast, smooth approach without large initial investments for the customer. We are also happy to discuss the possibility of taking over existing operations and production facilities.
Through contract manufacturing, we help our customers to reduce their overheads, reduce the need for internal staff and benefit from our economies of scale. One objective can be to shift the customer’s focus from production and distribution to product and market.
