The profile drawing is used at several stages of the manufacturing process, including
- Ensure that the design meets the customer’s requirements and needs
- Facilitate the manufacturing of extrusion tools

- Act as a basis for suppliers of further processing
Advanced calculation, optimization and simulation software is used to produce a profile drawing. This enables an accurate analysis of the profile’s properties without the need for costly prototyping. We work with SolidWorks, which ensures compatibility with most CAD systems on the market.
Toolmaking – precision in every detail
Once the profile drawing is approved, we order the special tooling needed to manufacture your aluminum profile. The choice of tooling supplier depends on the profile specifications, order volumes and any special tooling needs.
The tool is made of hardened steel and is unique for each aluminum profile. Before it is put into service, it undergoes a careful adjustment and test pressing by our tooling department. The result is check-measured and compared with the profile drawing to ensure it meets the specified tolerances. If required, we can also provide a test sample for verification.
