Valberedningen i ProfilGruppen AB föreslår till årsstämman 2024 Marianne Brismar och Fredrik Pettersson som nya styrelseledamöter. Valberedningen förslår även att Tomas Berggren och Bengt Stillström väljs om. Stillström föreslås som styrelsens ordförande. Marianne Brismar har varit koncernchef för truckföretaget Atlet och har därefter arbetat med olika styrelseuppdrag. För närvarande exempelvis Axis Communications, Derome, Greencarrier och JOAB.
