ProfilGruppen strukturerar om förädlingsverksamheten genom att avyttra ytbehandlingsanläggningen i Klavreström. ”Detta är första steget i vår ambition att samlokalisera all vår produktion i Sverige till huvudfabriken i Åseda” säger Anders Frisinger, VD och koncernchef för ProfilGruppen. Bengt Stillström has through Ringvägen Venture AB increased his ownership in ProfilGruppen AB to 26.4 % of the shares. The seller is Prior & Nilsson’s fund Idea which thereby divests its entire holding. Torgny Prior, who represents Prior & Nilsson Fond och Kapitalförvaltning, will thus resign from the company’s Nomination committee, which otherwise remains unchanged.

ProfilGruppen har idag inlett förhandlingar med berörda fackliga organisationer om förkortning av arbetstid. Avsikten är att neddragningen av arbetstiden ska gälla samtliga anställda i Sverige.
