ProfilGruppen must offer a workplace where employees treat each other with respect.
At ProfilGruppen, we believe that people’s differences should be respected and used as a
positive dynamic. People’s differences can be gender, transgender identity and expression, ethnic
affiliation, beliefs, disabilities, sexual orientation or age, but also experience,
education and values.
In ProfilGruppen, diversity is seen as a matter of course and a strength and we will therefore:
- Never tolerate victimization or sexual harassment and we have specific procedures for this (see Action Plan against victimization)
- Show respect and tolerance for each other
- Strive to achieve breadth and diversity in staff composition, based on fulfilled competence requirements
- Strive to make all employees feel that their contribution is important and that they have a responsibility to contribute to good working conditions
- Take active steps to move towards the above objectives
Gender equality
In ProfilGruppen, women and men must have equal pay and pay progression for equal performance and work.
Managers are responsible for ensuring that the working environment is favorable for both genders and that the skills of all employees, regardless of gender, are utilized. Men and women, regardless of position, must have the same opportunities to combine work in ProfilGruppen with parenthood. The CEO is ultimately responsible for issues relating to equal treatment and harassment.
The policy has been approved by the Safeguarding Committee and adopted by ProfilGruppen’s management.
