ProfilGruppen's business, according to the Articles of Association, is to directly or indirectly conduct the development, manufacture and processing of components and profiles, for example in aluminum, own and manage real estate and securities and conduct other activities compatible therewith. The Board of Directors has its seat in Uppvidinge municipality. The Annual General Meeting may also be held in Växjö and Stockholm.
