The technical review is designed to determine how we can best meet your requirements. We evaluate your request from two key perspectives: profile technical and production technical. The profile technical review focuses on analyzing your profile\u2019s function. During this phase, we provide product feedback by assessing and suggesting potential improvements. We also perform a functional design review, which may include modifications to optimize the design. <\/p>\n\n

The production technical review ensures that we have the right resources and capabilities to manufacture your profile according to specifications. We assess whether additional processing is needed and identify the most suitable methods for your product. A crucial factor in this evaluation is the expected production volume, as it influences the selection of tools and manufacturing techniques. <\/p>\n\n

Once the technical review is complete, it results in a proposal from ProfilGruppen. The proposal usually includes a detailed profile drawing. This is an important document between us, but also when ordering tools and production.
