The Company applies the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance and prepares a Corporate Governance Report annually, which forms part of the Annual Report. Readers seeking access to the report in English are referred to the Annual Report<\/a>. All reports from 2010 onwards are available on the Swedish website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ProfilGruppen’s highest decision-making body is the Annual General Meeting<\/a>. The AGM elects the company’s Board of Directors. The AGM’s tasks also include adopting the company’s balance sheet and income statement, deciding on the appropriation of the results of operations and discharging the members of the Board and the CEO from liability. The AGM also elects the company’s auditors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
