Eva F&auml;rnstrand has been Board Member since 2008 and Chairman of the Board since 2009.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\"><span>The Nomination Committee proposes K&aring;re Wetterberg (MSc. Eng.) as new Board Member and Chairman of the Board.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\"><span>K&aring;re Wetterberg has extensive experience from the aluminum industry and has over the years 1974-2011 worked in various positions within the Sapa Group. During the years 1997-2002 he was Managing Director of Sapa Vetlanda and 2004-2006, he was CEO of the Sapa Group.
