The Board of ProfilGruppen AB will, at the request of the shareholder Ringvägen Venture AB, call an extraordinary general meeting. The meeting will deal with the election of the Chairman of the Board as well as the election of members of the nomination committee for the 2023 annual general meeting. Notice will be published within two weeks from today’s date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
