He will leave the Board and the assignment as Chairman on 30 October 2022.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>A new Chairman will be elected at an extraordinary general meeting on October 31.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Klaus has been Chairman of the Board since April 2022 and the rest of the Board and management thank him for his good efforts.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Klaus Wiemers comments:<br \/><em>&#8220;I would have liked to continue working for ProfilGruppen and to do what I think is best for the company. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible because I do not have the trust of the largest shareholder, which is based on different perceptions of the delineation between the roles of Board members and shareholders. I am proud of what we have achieved in recent months and thank the Board, management team and employees for good cooperation.
