The subsidiary entered into a lease agreement in March, which includes the production facilities and employs approximately 80 personnel from the previous operation. The previous operating manager, Dorota Spycha&#322;a, will be the managing leader on site. The operation is located in Wa&#322;cz, 220 km southwest of Gdansk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">Production and delivery of aluminium profiles from the Polish subsidiary of ProfilGruppen has recently been initiated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">The acquisition is still dependent on the reconstruction process, and we do not control the timeline and decisions for this.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">ProfilGruppen will use its unique possibilities and complementary resources to re-build and develop the Polish business. Several of our customers and suppliers already have businesses in both countries.
