The longitudinal screw pocket is used for connection at the end of the profile when fixing end plates, profiles or other details. The most common fastener is a self-tapping screw that does not require any kind of preparatory processing. <\/p>\n\n

The transverse screw pocket is used for fixing anywhere along the profile using a self-tapping or in some cases a standard metric screw, without the need for preparation.<\/p>\n\n

Standardized screw pockets generally use self-tapping ST type screws to ensure a stable and durable connection. For a screw pocket to function optimally, it should be balanced, and a bulge at the bottom of the screw pocket helps prevent the screw from being pulled out towards the opening. <\/p>\n\n
