ProfilGruppen streamlines the processing operations

ProfilGruppen streamlineas the processing operations by divesting the surface treatment facility in Klavreström.

”This is the first step in our aim to centralize all our production to the main site in Åseda” says Anders Frisinger, president and CEO of ProfilGruppen.

In total this will affect some twenty employees, who will keep their employments either with the buyer, Klarvik AB, or with ProfilGruppen.

The transaction will take place on the 1st of November and is estimated to have a limited positive impact on the 2012 year result.
