ProfilGruppen wants to constantly get better. If you as a customer wants to improve the design or specification of your profile, or how the order is handled or packaged, contact your sales representative to discuss how to proceed.


If the profiles you have received from ProfilGruppen deviate from the specification that we have agreed on, contact your sales team to discuss how we move forward. Directly or through common e-mail: sales.support@profilgruppen.se

We need as detailed description as possible as well as photos of the deviation to quickly start an investigation.

To shorten the time for investigation of your case, it´s some information we need to get started with the investigation. We would therefore like you to fill in the information in the document below and send back to us immediately.


Contact your sales team to get the claim registered at ProfilGruppen. No material may be returned to us without having received a return order number. Keep in mind that all materials that are returned must be packaged in the same way as when it came to you and clearly marked with our complaint number.

If your complaint is a transport damage, you must have a signed delivery note from the driver, where the driver has verified the damage. We don´t accept shipping damage if the shipping terms are ExWorks.

According to ProfilGruppen’s conditions of sale we don´t accept claims on orders that are older than 12 months.
